Complete Swimming Pool Regulations

How do I apply for a swimming pool license?

Notice:
The Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) would like to alert swimming pool operators that the fecal accident guidance from CDC has been changed. Based on new data, Cryptosporidium was found to be more resistant to chlorine disinfection when the pH was raised to 7.5 and an outbreak-associated strain was tested. As a result of these findings, the CT value has been changed from 9,600 to 15,300. A diarrheal event response will increase pool closure time from 8 hours (20 ppm free chlorine, pH 7.5) to 12.75 hours (20 ppm free chlorine, pH 7.5). The new guidelines are posted on the CDC's Healthy Swimming website at http://www.cdc.gov/healthyswimming/pdf/Fecal_Accident_Response_Recommendations_for_Pool_Staff.pdf
