Welcome to B'More Healthy

The B'More Healthy Campaign kicks off in June 2007 with a list of 10 steps Baltimore residents can take to improve their own health and the health of their families. B'More Healthy is a public health initiative that focuses on outreach, access to healthcare services and prevention for overall good health. [B'More Healthy Plan]

The 10 steps define actions that are practical and achievable and that, if addressed, can greatly reduce the number of preventable deaths, illnesses and disabilities that Baltimoreans suffer every year.
