Baltimore Infants & Toddlers Program
Overview
The Baltimore Infants and Toddlers Program (BITP) is an interagency program for families with young children who may be experiencing a delay in development or who have been diagnosed with a condition that is likely to affect development.
Eligibility: Children ages 0 through 2*, with a suspected developmental delay are eligible for screening and assessments to identify early intervention needs in the areas of speech/language; physical, cognitive, and psycho-social development, and self-help skills. Services are provided at no cost to the family.

- Special instruction
- Speech pathology and audiology
- Occupational Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Psychological services
- Case Management
- Medical services for diagnosis
- Health services related to other early intervention services
- Family education, counseling, and support
